Just got back from seeing Pleaseeasaur (fucking FUNNY--karaoke with overhead-projector visuals; ask me about The Island Made of Beef) and Nerf Herder. It was cool. Saw Matt Dunham (who turned 30 yesterday) and the guitarist (?) Marco from Sugarcult. The band we didn't see a lot of was called the Special Something, and the drummer was Weezer's drum tech.
