like_a_clownlj has been down today, so I'm not sure if it'll eat this post or not. so I'll keep it short.
today I discovered that e. e. cummings is the man.
today I feel accomplished because I likely passed my history midterm, got four loads of laundry done, put money in the bank, and made it to all my classes. in the rain.
today I felt vaguely disorganized and helpless, but I don't feel that way now. I don't feel like I'm doing a good job lately at my work, but I have all day tomorrow to get shit done, plus I'm not often quite sure exactly what Shirley wants of me beyond the basic duties in the job description. she says she likes having me on, though, so go figure. but she's been training all these people that I feel I should be training...but then I've been busy taping classes and I don't want to go over my weekly hour quota (thereby sending shirley over budget and into a bad mood).
anyway. after a good night's sleep, it'll all sort out. and tomorrow's halloween, so I get to have fun after I get all my work done! yay!
