**EDIT: OK, I know that the choice is going to be between Bush and ONE of the other people, whom Democrats will choose in the net few months -- just to clarify ;)**
Of course, its quality has yet to be seen -- I've only scanned it. I do know that when it mentions the Clear Skies Act, it didn't mention one or two troubling criticisms I've heard of it...but then, it had like a sentence on each candidate's pollution policy.
