update:

the problem stemmed not from my acquaintance. apparently, during rehearsal for a play commemorating pride week, a queer activist-y type person dropped dead on stage of a heart attack in hatlen theatre.

shit.

but I get to see my mom tomorrow, and maybemaybe kris. and perhaps lauren or richie. whee.

I sound like a COMPLETE sad sack.

I am not. At my worst, I'm tired lately. More often, I'm actually quite content and happy. I just don't update livejournal while I'm out and about...perhaps that has something to do with why this catches me at my purgey moments.

My next post, whenever it occurs, will be devoted to attempting to capture the happy parts of my life. There are many.
